Realme has confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro series will arrive in India soon, and ahead of the official launch, the brand has shared early details about the phone’s design and colour options. This time, Realme is once again working with Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa, marking their first collaboration in the last three years. The partnership focuses on giving the new Pro models a distinct visual identity rather than just a routine refresh.

Design Collaboration and Colour Options

For the Realme 16 Pro series, the company has introduced a fresh design language called Urban Wild. This concept has been developed together with Naoto Fukasawa, who has previously shaped the look of several well-known Realme phones such as the Realme X, Realme X2 Pro, Realme GT, and Realme GT 2 Pro. The return of this collaboration suggests that design is a key focus for the upcoming lineup.

Realme has confirmed that the series will be sold in four colour options in India. Two of these shades will be exclusive to the Indian market. The phones will be available in Master Gold and Master Grey, which will be common across the lineup. Alongside these, buyers will also see Camellia Pink and Orchid Purple, both positioned as India-only colour choices.

The series includes two models, the Realme 16 Pro 5G and the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, and both will be sold through Flipkart as well as the official Realme website.

Camera Layout and Physical Design Details

From the visuals revealed so far, the Realme 16 Pro series features a square-shaped camera module on the rear panel. Inside this module sits a triple camera setup, accompanied by an LED flash. The Realme logo is placed toward the right side of the back panel, keeping the overall look clean and symmetrical.

Looking at the frame, the phones follow a familiar button layout. The power button and volume keys are positioned on the right side, making them easily accessible during one-handed use.

Performance and Software Features

While full hardware specifications are yet to be announced, Realme has confirmed a few important details. The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will be powered by a Snapdragon processor, which the company claims will outperform Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip. This suggests a noticeable boost in everyday performance compared to upper mid-range devices.

On the camera side, the Pro+ model is expected to support up to 10x zoom, adding more flexibility for photography. Both the Realme 16 Pro 5G and Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will also ship with AI Edit Genie 2.0. This suite includes tools such as AI StyleMe and AI LightMe, designed to help users enhance photos directly from the gallery without needing third-party apps.

Availability and What’s Coming Next

Realme has already made a dedicated product page live on its own website, offering an early look at the series. A separate Flipkart microsite is now also active, confirming online availability in India. However, details like pricing, full specifications, and the exact launch date are still under wraps and are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Final Thoughts

With the Realme 16 Pro series, the brand is clearly placing strong emphasis on design, colour choices, and creative collaboration. The return of Naoto Fukasawa, India-exclusive colour options, and AI-focused camera tools hint at a phone that aims to stand out visually as well as functionally. As more details emerge, the series could shape up to be one of Realme’s more design-driven launches in recent years.
