HP has introduced three new models to its Laser M300 Series in India, aiming to support offices and print businesses that need reliable monochrome printing. The lineup now includes the Laser 335dn, Laser 335dw, and MFP 355sdnw, each built to handle everyday workloads with faster output and improved efficiency.

Designed for Modern Workplaces

The new printers are built around automatic two-sided (duplex) printing, with speeds reaching 33 pages per minute. This makes them suitable for organisations that handle large batches of documents and want to cut down on paper handling time. The machines also mark the debut of HP’s separate drum-and-toner system for A4 commercial buyers in India. With the imaging drum rated for roughly 10,000 pages, businesses get longer use between replacements, lowering ongoing maintenance costs.

According to HP, the goal behind the updated series is to give small and medium businesses, print shops, and enterprise teams a printer that delivers speed and lowers operating expenses while being easier on the environment.

Hardware That Supports Heavy Duty Use

Each device in the series is powered by a 600 MHz processor paired with 256 MB of memory, helping it keep up with continuous printing tasks. The printers can deliver the first page in about 8.5 seconds, which is useful during quick print runs. A 250-sheet input tray comes standard, offering enough capacity for office use without frequent refilling.

The multifunction model, MFP 355sdnw, adds more flexibility. Along with printing, it includes a 40-sheet automatic document feeder, allowing quick scanning and copying of multiple pages in one go. For businesses that print in bulk, HP’s high-yield toner option—rated for around 3,000 pages—offers a lower printing cost over time.

Connectivity and Mobile Printing

HP has included a variety of connection methods so these printers can fit into different office setups. All three units work via USB and Ethernet, while the Laser 335dw and MFP 355sdnw also include wireless printing. Users can submit print jobs through the HP App, which enables printing from remote locations and makes the devices easier to manage in hybrid work environments.

Sustainability and Build

HP has incorporated 20% recycled plastic into the construction of these models. They also comply with national standards for energy use and environmental safety. Despite being designed for demanding work cycles, the printers maintain a compact, all-white design, making them suitable for smaller desks or limited office spaces.

Pricing and Availability in India

The updated Laser M300 Series is now available across HP’s online store and retail partners. The Laser 335dn starts at ₹24,000, the Laser 335dw is priced at ₹25,500, and the multifunction MFP 355sdnw sits at ₹37,875.

Final Thoughts

HP’s newest additions to the M300 Series aim to combine efficiency, durability, and ease of use in a compact footprint. With automatic duplex printing, faster speeds, long-lasting components, and multiple connectivity options, the range offers practical solutions for businesses that need dependable black-and-white printing at scale.
